These Terms govern your use of the GameFlow application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App estimates how long it may take you to complete a video game and lets you track your playthrough progress. It also provides reference information about games and lets you keep personal lists, notes, and favorites, which are stored locally on your device. Game data is retrieved from the IGDB database through our proxy server. Completion-time estimates are informational and approximate: they are calculated from third-party data and the settings you enter, and are not a promise of any actual result.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, not to disrupt its operation, not to attempt to access the server outside of the intended interface, not to extract data by automated means, and not to place an excessive load on the infrastructure.
Game titles, cover art, descriptions, and other game information are kindly provided by IGDB.com and belong to their respective owners. All trademarks are the property of their respective holders. The App claims no rights to this content and provides it for reference purposes only.
Access to IGDB data is subject to the Twitch Developer Services Agreement. Your use of the App must not violate the terms of that agreement.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of game data obtained from the external source, nor that any completion-time estimate will match your actual play time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the App after the changes take effect, you accept the updated version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory provisions of the law applicable to you provide otherwise.
